Archiving and Digital Preservation Policy
The World Review of Research and Innovation (WRRI) wants every article it publishes to remain findable and readable for the long term. This policy describes how that is achieved.
1. PKP Preservation Network
WRRI content is preserved through the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a distributed archive for journals that run on Open Journal Systems. If the journal ever stopped publishing, its archived content would remain available.
2. What Is Preserved
The preservation arrangements cover:
- the full text of every published article;
- article metadata and author details;
- volume, issue and publication-date information;
- DOIs and other persistent identifiers, where assigned;
- licence statements; and
- notices of correction or retraction.
3. Platform Changes
If the WRRI website, server or software is moved or upgraded, the journal will take all reasonable steps to keep back issues online at stable addresses.
4. Relationship to Open Access and Copyright
Archiving is part of the journal's open access commitment and does not alter authors' rights. Those rights are set out in the Copyright policy and the CC BY 4.0 licence.
5. Review of Arrangements
WRRI may add further preservation services over time and will update this page when it does.
